The meeting was called to order at 9:00 a.m. by Jane Oswald, President.

We had 27 members present representing 27 agencies: Jane Oswald, Cheryl Rutkowski, Frankie Ferraro, Cheryl Roglich, Jim Fiesta, Chris Davis, Nancy Fahey, Keri Nat, Terry Stocki, Mickey McConnon, Maria Munley, Jim Simoncelli, Judi Cimino, William Torres, Marion Figula, Jeff Sadavage, Maria Pappa, Vikki Crosby, Ann Loyek, Linda Denault, Olga Harper, Ann Lynady, Janice Lamm, Ann Pusateri, Janet Burton, Stig Fromm, Dorothy Taticchi.

 Introductions were made.  Minutes were reviewed and approved. Treasurer reported a February ending balance of $ 712.30 as of March 21, 2007.

  OLD BUSINESS

 Ø  A Women’s Wellness Day sponsored by AmeriHealth Mercy was announced for May 10, 2007. They are in need of vendors and workshop speakers. Nancy Fahey will provide more information at an upcoming meeting.

 NEW BUSINESS

Ø  A review of this year’s spring luncheon was discussed such as an overview of the agenda and the sponsorship of AmeriHealth Mercy. AmeriHealth Mercy has been critical as a sponsor. We applaud and thank Nancy Fahey for her dedication. This sponsorship has allowed the IAC to adjust the price of the luncheon from $12.00 to the agreed price of $6.00 per person. Be sure to bring your recipes for your sweet treats...we will forward them to everyone.

Ø  A discussion ensued regarding our tax ID number. The IAC has a valid number with the bank; however, not listed as a not-profit. A non-profit 501C3 and ID tax number status required a group to operate with a dollar amount of $5000.00 or more. The IAC does not operate over this amount on a yearly basis.

 Ø  CareerLink had its first Free Seminar on work incentives for those on social security benefits. The seminar program is called “Ticket-to-Work.” CareerLink will hold additional sessions
